USDA Farmers to Families Food Box
Farm Fresh
Hareen, LLC has partnered with American Montessori Academy for the USDA Farmers to Families Food Box program. This initiative provides fresh produce to families in need. The distribution will occur weekly, starting June 3, 2020, for four weeks on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at our Upper Campus. First come, first served.
 

FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR CHILDREN 18 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER

American Montessori Academy will be providing access to
FREE breakfast and lunch for ALL children up to age 18.

Families are welcome to pick up meals on the following dates:

Wednesday, June 3, 2020

Wednesday, June 10, 2020 

Wednesday, June 17, 2020

And Wednesday, June 24, 2020

MEAL PICK UP TIME AND LOCATION:
(Each pickup will include 5 breakfast and 5 lunches per child)

11 am – 1 pm (while supplies last) at AMA Upper Campus
30055 Joy Rd.
Westland, MI 48185

This is a drive-thru distribution. Students DO NOT need to be present for families to obtain meals. Families will pull up in the pick-up car line outside the CAFÉ doors and we will bring the food to your vehicle. Meals distributed will follow USDA reimbursable meal guidelines.

P-EBT Food Assistance Benefits for Families

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer Program (P-EBT) food assistance benefits will go to Michigan families with students ages 0-26 that are eligible for Free or Reduced-Price School Meals. This includes families currently receiving Food Assistance Program benefits, as well as those not currently enrolled in the program. No application is necessary for eligible families to receive P-EBT benefits.
